WHERE DO WE SHIP TO?

We ship to Ireland, Britain and the EU. For all other countries please contact us directly and we will do our best to accommodate you.

SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on destination of the order. Payment for shipping will be collected with the purchase. Prices are per box shipped.

DISPATCH

We aim to dispatch orders within 72 hours of you placing your order. Weekends and bank holidays may be slower. We will send you an email as soon as your order is ready to be dispatched. If for some reason an item is out of stock we will email you immediately.  

HOW DO I KNOW MY ORDER STATUS?

We aim to fulfil orders within 2-5 days of your order been placed. Once we fulfil your order you will receive an email.

WHAT IF I DON’T RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Sometimes couriers or postal services leave parcels at your nearest depot or neighbouring house. So please check with the courier first. If you don’t receive your order please contact us directly.

WILL BE THERE ANY CUSTOM DUTIES OR TAXES ON MY ORDER?

For orders shipped outside Ireland you will need to check with your local customs service for any duties or taxes applicable to your order. We do not pay any duties, taxes or fees due.

HOW CAN I PAY FOR MY ORDER?

We accept payments via credit and debit card. Payments are processed by our secure card payment gateway. 

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

If you contact us immediately and we have not fulfilled your order, we should be able to accommodate your cancelation request.
