Returns

If you (or the recipient) do not receive your order/gift box in perfect condition, please let us know at info@wildfern.ie within 24h and we will work with you to make sure you are completely satisfied.

If you would like to cancel or amend an order please contact us before shipping. Any breakage that may have occurred in transit must be reported within 24h of receipt to be eligible for replacement. Individual items will be replaced on a one for one basis.
